Lifestyle changes not a diet!

Shane and I have been changing our eating more healthy foods (whole foods) for the past year.  I started baking my own bread and all breads we use.  Then slowly got rid of  other processed perservative filled foods.  I have had several allergic reactions when eating and haven't figured what it was.  When I eat whole foods or make things with whole foods then I have no reaction.    Months had gone by without a reaction eating whole foods when I usually would have one or two a week.  Eating whole foods has changed my life.  I have lost inches and feel really good. I make EVERYTHING from scratch and enjoy knowing what every ingredient is when I feed my familly.

Crafty fun!

I am having so much fun with new friends and making new crafts. So here is my first project i have made from tweeking off Pinterest.

Update on Lori

I have been homeschooling Allison and she is doing GREAT! Ahead of her class she seems to understand things really well. Educations seemed to soar when she got reading completely down.

I have been a Tastefully Simple independent consultant since Sept 2010 about the same time that I was no longer a Stampin' Up! demonstrator. I am still crafty and like to scrapbook, that hasn't changed.

Just this past December I signed up with Thirty-One and I am a consultant there too. I love all the products a girl can never have too many bags, totes and purses. Some like shoes I like purses. :)

I would like to start a business with me selling my craft things and some children's clothes but I may not do that.... I have to make sure the govt laws don't prevent me from doing that or just give me a hassle in doing it. Pray that I may know the right thing to do. I will be posting crafty things here as I create them.

Recent trip in OR. (2010)

Here is a pic of all the cousins. Since then Hannah (Teresa's little girl) has blessed us with her presence. When this pic was taken Teresa just found out she was pregnant.

Family

Here is our recent family pic. Taken in December 2011 by Mark Doellman. Allison is 8yrs, Amaris is 4yrs, and Levi is 17months.

Changes

God has blessed us with an adorable baby boy. Levi was born July 2010 and is now 18 months old. Time goes by soooo fast. The girls just adore him and have definately gotten use to a boy in the house. He is full of energy and on the go now.

Time to come back!

I have been away from blogging for quite some time and think I should get back and share all what is going on in life today.

Growing too fast!

Here they are together playing dress up. Gosh they are cute. Allison is growing so fast and is such a blessing. She is helpful and intelligent. Most of the time she is thinking of her sister. Even though the age span they get along together so well and look out for each other. Amaris turned 2 in August. She decided to pick up her spoon and take a bite of the whole cake. It was pretty cute. Both Grandparents were there to celebrate. This was G&G Stone's first trip to our new home in Marion, IL. It was fun and exciting.

Here is Allison getting ready for her first Upward Cheerleading game. She was pretty excited about doing this again. In the last month of Upward Amaris has begun doing cheers too. She will say "Ready, OK. (then wiggle and kick her feet) and say"Upward, Upward."
More things that have happened this summer is that Shane is down 50 lbs and you can see it here. Yes you may have to turn your head sorry, but look at his profile. He is wearing one of his smaller shirts and now it is roomy on him. He has gone down 2 sizes in pants and almost 3 sizes in shirts. He looks great. I have gone down 2 sizes in pants and 3 sizes in shirts, with just a 20lb weight loss.

Allison is growing she is 57lbs and almost 4ft tall. Amaris is 28lbs and is 32 inches tall. Amaris has gone from a size 4.5 shoe in July to a 6.5 now needing a 7 in some shoes. They grow so fast.
We will be going to Florida-Disney, SeaWorld, etc. for Allison's birthday.
More pictures to come, Allison decided to get her hair cut again.
